    Hi,

The web site you provided should call another API to retrieve filtered table data after using parameters. So we are not able to use the website URL simply to retrieve data in Power BI desktop. I would suggest you research for the API of this website by yourself, then you can call the API via web data source in Power BI desktop to retrieve data:

    Reference:

    https://chris.koester.io/index.php/2015/07/16/get-data-from-twitter-api-with-power-query/

Because you can only export data to CSV on Power BI Desktop, you should publish it to Power BI Service and export the data to Excel.

Anything about exporting data on Power BI Service you not quite understand can be referred to this document.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/visuals/power-bi-visualization-export-data

    Best Regards,
