Hello! I have a text column. it is like:
Dr. Helen Malinpn
Dipl. Wen Yu

Dr. Med. Msc. Lucas Sobe

What I expect is:

Please help. I tried use replace "Dr. "with null, but then I must list all the possible titles used in the column, which is not easy to find out all the possible titles and their combinations-
