How to create such chart http://take.ms/yZd8A ?
there no percentage in data type http://take.ms/KyF5s
Here is data which I place into Power BI http://take.ms/csjhN
When I create chart and sort by Nice it starts to look like on Excel, but only columns. http://take.ms/hhSXn http://take.ms/Tbqhh When I add line values they move to top by single straight line, not like on that example from excel http://take.ms/jRkUN
Even I simply create 100%stacked column chart

@Nazar Whenever you don't have the option to SUM and you see only COUNT - your data is DATA TYPE - TEXT
So go and change the Data Type for the 2 Line Value Columns
@Nazar Line Values - change to SUM - not COUNT
also turn on the secondary axis (when you open up the Y-Axis there will be a scroll bar (scroll down)
This should hopefully fix it. Let me know.
@Sean still not working
here is possibility to change Sum to count http://take.ms/NqMVX
but for those two values there no such possibility http://take.ms/5aGec
here I notice you have such icon http://take.ms/h2Zvy near that line values
also here Sum option is disabled for these columns http://take.ms/1Hf3t with %
