How to create a column to check if two column values are both match?

Hi,

 

I want to create a column to check both two column values are match. Plesae see example below:

NameCountryItem#
AA1
BA2
CB1
DB3
EC2

 

I want to create a column to return "y" if there is other row has same Item# but with different Country, return "n" if there is no other row that has same Item# with different Country.

 

Desired Result Below:

 

NameCountryItem#_Check 
AA1y
BA2y
CB1y
DB3n
EC2y
