How to count Current Month and Prior Month With Slicer

Hallo all

Kindly need your help my client want to show image like below 

but they want there a slicer. I've try this but in prior month always blanks when I choose in slicer kindly help

MTD Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESMTD('Date'[Date]))
last MTD Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESMTD(dateadd('Date'[Date],-1,MONTH)))

To get the best of the time intelligence function. Make sure you have a date calendar and it has been marked as the date in model view. Also, join it with the date column of your fact/s. Refer :

What's the measure you are using?

Do you have a calendar table?

selectPM = CALCULATE(sum('Table'[amount]),DATEADD('datetime'[Date],-1,MONTH))
