first create a separate date table  for the time intelligence functions to work,

then add calculated column for month in your date table, and  format it like the month column in your transaction data. make join based on month column. and use the time intelligence function to calculate the previous month total.

@Monisharisha Well, depends on exactly what you want but if you want the average spend money per month it would be this:

Average Spend Money Measure = AVERAGEX( SUMMARIZE('Table',[Month],"__Value", SUM('Table'[spend money]) ), [__Value] )
