How to calculate the average per month when there is no date column and the table has only customer Id,spend money , month ( string data type), category , payment type .
Solved! Go to Solution.
first create a separate date table for the time intelligence functions to work,
then add calculated column for month in your date table, and format it like the month column in your transaction data. make join based on month column. and use the time intelligence function to calculate the previous month total.
