How to avoid to calculate empty value when doing accumulation

Hi,

I am calculating a accumulated value by date, how can I setup to stop calculate when the value is empty.

in my sample there is no data any more after May/07, but I still need the date after that, can anyone advise how to eliminate the calculation after May/07? thanks.

Hi, @naivecalf

Please try the below.

AccumQtyShipped =
IF (
SUM ( Query1[qty_shipped] ) <> BLANK (),
CALCULATE (
SUM ( Query1[qty_shipped] ),
FILTER (
ALL ( datelist ),
datelist[date] >= DATE ( 2021, 4, 1 )
&& datelist[date] <= MAX ( datelist[date] )
)
)
)

Hi Steven,

You can write like this,

if([quantity_shipped] <> blank(), calculation, skip calculation)

Something like this you can do.

Please try out this and let me know in case of some more help.

Best regards,

Pooja Darbhe
