How to avoid summing of values.

I have below data. The below data is correct when i dont filter particular client (2nd column), but when i filter the 2nd row client, the fifth column Clientbase sums up values (2nd screen shot). Let me know how to avoid this. 

I filtered on 2nd row it should show clientbase hours as 471.04 but it is showing 1324.0. 

CLientbase is sum of Measure which is sum of hours. 

BIllable hours is also measure (sum of billed hours).
