How to add/display financial year to a filter

Hi all,

I am new to community, I have a question about desktop fileter.

I try to add the new financial year to fileter below, I've checked the new finanical year is in the data model already.

Could someone show me the direction?

Thanks.

@AlanP514 @parry2k I sorted it out, just select month of Jul then I can see new finacial year in the slicer.

Hai @YXX

Can you please remove sensitive data and pls share the pbix file here

@YXX so one of the filters is causing it not to show, can you make a duplicate page and unselect all the filters and see which one is causing it, it is very hard to tell without looking at pbix file, so you have to test at your end.

@parry2k, it seems the financial year already in the data, but I have trobule to add it on the slicer. (I thought I can add it from Fliter-"add data fields here")

@parry2k, please see below other report level-filter.

I try to change it in the Field, but no luck.

Other tab/page, I can see the new finanical year from filter. (so this is setting for filter not data source.)

@YXX where do you see that you have a new financial year in your data that it is not showing up in the filter?

@parry2k, I see it from data view. (from column "Financial Year")

@YXX there is no extra action required if the financial year value is already added to the column, make sure to refresh the tables to get the most recent data from the source.

Thanks for you quick response.

Now I can't find the financial year in the filter selection, how to add the new one in the filter?
