You can use this measure

YoY Growth % =

VAR CurrentYear = [Total Value]

VAR LastYear = CALCULATE([Total Value], SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR('DateTable'[Date]))

RETURN

DIVIDE(CurrentYear - LastYear, LastYear, 0)
