How does Power Bi Name controls?

I don't see anywhere I can name controls. If I have a slicer on two different pages, how does it differentiate?

if I understand your question correctly, you can change the names of the visual objects used, directly from the "Selection" panel.

It changes the Title. I guess that's the name.
