How do you get rid off helper queries?

How do you deal with help Queries that you don't want to have in the model and in the report? Any suggestions?

This is a follow up question to Solved: Re: table append - Microsoft Power BI Community.

As a summery I have to rearrange a table puting 4 columns in wide form into two columns long form. I've done this by duplicating the query with the 4 columns two times selecting the columns needed and then append the queries. After this procedure the helper queries are in the model and I cannot remove them, because the queries depending on another. This makes my model extrem ugly I will have dozens of unneeded queries in my model in future. This I want to avoid.

You uncheck "Enable Load" on the queries to stop them from getting loaded to the model. Right-click on the query and uncheck as follows
