I am looking to share a Power BI dashboard I made in Office 365 with another user for them to be able to edit in Power BI Desktop September 2020. However, they cannot open the file I send them in its current format. How do I save and send it in a format that they can edit or alternatively, download the September 2020 version of Power BI desktop? Thanks!
@Anonymous ,

Hello @Anonymous ,
if he has an older version, when he receives your file and open it , it will automatically open with the power bi version he has.
just make sure you don't have added features from the newest versions so that the report or chart will show normally.
