How can we ensure that the date in time slicer in Power BI is the latest date in database ? I don't wan to change it every month.

@jsjcjsjc , In that case, you can use below measure that you can use as a filter.
Measure =
VAR _date =
CALCULATE ( MAX ( Sheet1[date range] ), ALL ( Sheet1[date range] ) )
RETURN
IF ( MAX ( Sheet1[date range] ) <= EOMONTH ( _date, -1 ), 1, 0 )
Output ;-

Hi @jsjcjsjc , I am afraid if I am missing something. However, if you have not added any explicit filter on the slicer it will take all the available data from the dataset that includes the latest dates.
