How To Calculate Retirement Date

Dear Experts, I am trying to calculate employees' Retirement Date based on their Date of Birth. I tried the below measure and it is giving me errors.

My data is like this:

I want to display a table to show the total number of employees nearing retirement when I select a date on my slicer.

I'm stuck and I need a way out of this. Please help, thank you.

@JorgePinho unfortunately, it's not working. It doesn't show anything.

What is the data type of your column Birth Date?

Try this measure:

Retirement Date = DATEADD([Birth date],60,YEAR)
