Hierarchy remove blank from matrix

hello I would like to remove rows with blanks.

So I created colunm remove blank and try to display only when this colums is 1 but the result that I have is wrong ...

That happens because the visual you've chosen has those many fields as rows. Probably other items make use of those levels of the hierarchy, but the item you've currently displayed stops at level 3. You should just collapse the item at that level to avoid seeing the other rows or, if further levels in the hierarchy are irrelevant, just delete them from the visual.
