Hello All,
can we hide a visual / Target line from line or bar chart based on Roles.
main purpose is we don't want to show target or some confidential KPI to all user.
Thanks
Pragati
Hi @Anonymous
Maybe you can consider creating different pages for different roles and showing corresponding pages based on roles.

@v-jingzhang what i understand from page navigation is just hiding the url , but what happen if someone share the the url of that page
@Anonymous yes that is correct. This is not fully secure but a hide/show behavior at the view layer. If someone shares the url of a hidden page, other people can view the page too.
To my knowledge, constant lines in Analytics pane are not able to be shown or hidden according to roles.
@Anonymous In theory, yes using RLS but hard to tell you specifics with the information provided.
Hi @Greg_Deckler ,
Ex:- lets say
1. we have a line graph with Target constant line which are showing to every user but client don't wanna to show target line to every employee. so we have to hide target line for some user/Role.
2. we have to also hide some KPI or visuals based on Role.
is there any way we can achieve this thing
@Anonymous That's great. Where does TargetLine come from? If you put this into it's own table using an Enter Data query then you could restrict access to this table via RLS and then no target line.
