Hidden Rows and Columns in Exported Excel

Hello,

I am exporting excel file from Paginated Report through DAX. The data is coming correctly however, an extra column and row is appearing as a collapsed or hidden column/row after the last column/row. Plwase see the screenshot below where column E and row 7 is coming as a collapsed/hidden column/row.

How can I fix this? The column/row should not be collapsed or hidden but rather come as a standard size.

Hi @Vishruti ,

Firstly I think if the DAX query is extracting other data that is not needed, please consider modifying the query to exclude unnecessary columns or rows. Secondly if you are using PowerBI Desktop, please try refreshing the data and re-exporting the report to see if the problem still exists. If you are using PowerBI Services, check to see if there is an option to adjust the layout before exporting.

I think you can also put the data source in Excel, which can unhide rows or columns and also resize rows and columns, maybe this topic can give you more help: Solved: Excel report displaying additional blank columns (... - Microsoft Fabric Community
