Help with data modelling

Hello!

I'm trying to create a relationship between my tables. Two of my tables contain a key which is EAN VINDU, however I am not able to create a relationship due to a many-to-many error. I've read that a bridge table might be able to sort this.

My "Grunnpriser" table consists of unique values of the EAN VINDU key. However, in my "Nielsen" table, this key is repeated due to it being split into different categories.

My "Grunnpriser" table is set up like this:

- Key1 -> sales
- Key2 -> sales
- Key3 -> sales

My "Nielsen" table is set up like this :

A -> Key1 -> sales
        Key2 -> sales
        Key3 -> sales

B -> Key1 -> sales
        Key2 -> sales
        Key3 -> sales

This is what causes my many-to-many issue. Any help on how to resolving this would be highly appreciated

Hi @Bobbys ,

The relationship is created depending on the fields you select. For the ean field, it is in the form of a unique value in the Grunnpriser table, so only one-to-one or one-to-many relationships can be established.
