Help with Visual Calculation - OTD%

Needing help in creating a visual calculation to determine a certain customer's on-time delivery percentage (OTD%). I'm certainly new at using Power BI, but I'm interested in moving to this app instead of using just excel. Below is an example of what I'm looking for:

I would like to go from this simple, singular chart to something more dynamic that can view different (not necessarily multiple) customers.

 

As you can see, I'm almost there, but I'm not exactly sure how to calculate the value on the line y-axis here. I would like the values to be from 0-100% of course.
