Help with Graphs

Hello everyone. Im doing a Percentage Difference from a filtered value on a graph and it show 0.00 for the year im comparing to.

Whats the best way to remove these and only show the % difference value.

 

Im really new to PowerBI and if I need to change things in the graph please let me know.
