Help when filtering

Good morning!

I would like to know if anyone can help me with a problem that is being presented to me with the DAX.

In my table I have a column that are sweets, another that is TYPE (Cookies, candies, chewing gum), and another that are quantity sold. I would like to be able to make a formula to get the sales rate (Quantity of type of treats x 100/Total amount of sweets). The problem lies in the use of filters, since later when I make the graphics I would also like the formula to be filtered to give me the sales rate of each candy in particular, and in those years in particular.

I don't know if you understand what I want to achieve, I hope you can understand it.

@Syndicate_Admin ,Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
