Help needed

Hello,

I am trying to create a calculated column that will calculate and hold 'no months employed', taking the month  a sales person was hired from the sales month - can you advise me please

Please try this.

No Months Employed New = DATEDIFF([Hired Month],[Sales Month ],MONTH)

Thats great - thank you, but I am running into difficulty because they are in separate tables.  I have been trying to use the RELATEDTABLE function but struggling
