Hello
I want to pass an excel checklist for process in the power BI, I'm new here and I didn't find how to do it on videos or on posts.
This is a table when is 0 is yellow (it doesn't have check it), 1 when is off and 2 when is on, 3 it didn't run or happen on that day.
This is what I want to pass from excel:
This are diferrent models that have to check every day some processes.
And this how i did It bacause i needed to present the data but is mostly putting the same conditional column by column.
But I want to know if there is a way to actually put dates on the upper columns and pass it on power BI. I found this is similar to a students assistance list. Or to avoid puttind conditional to every column.
Thanks,
Best regards.

Hi @Anonymous ,
You can select all date columns(1~31) and unpivot these date fields just like below screen shot and make a conditional formatting for unpivoted column "Value" :
I just made a sample pbix file, you can get it from this link.
Best Regards

Hi @Anonymous ,
Please make sure the data type of the field Value is "Whole number" first, then refer the below screen shot to set the conditional formatting with Icons:
