Microsoft EmployeeHelp in calculating column value % over the total
Hi All,
My data has column values as given below:
I need to calculate abandoned% which is total sum of all abandoned cases closed (1100) vs total cases closed (22600)
| DimCallType.Filter | DimCalldisposition.Name | Cases closed |
| Active | Abandoned | 200 |
| Inactive | Abandoned | 100 |
| Active | Answered | 3500 |
| Active | Answered Closed | 3600 |
| Inactive | Answered | 100 |
| Expired | Abandoned | 100 |
| Active | Abandoned | 200 |
| Inactive | Abandoned | 100 |
| Active | Answered | 3500 |
| Active | Answered Closed | 3600 |

We have a measure
Phone Response Rates = DIVIDE(CALCULATE(SUM(Consumer_Cube[Total Surveys])),CALCULATE(SUM(Consumer_Cube[Eligible])))
Eligible is a calculated column =
Eligible = If(Consumer_Cube[DimMSVoiceDisposition.Survey Disposition Filter]="No Filter",Consumer_Cube[Cases Closed - by First Closed Date],0)
We need another measure which is eligible % which should be sum of cases closed vs eligible
Mathematically calculated as sum of Eligible/sum of cases closed *100
