HI @justalam

You can create a MEASURE on this pattern

See the attached file

Measure =
DIVIDE (
    CALCULATE (
        SUM ( Table1[Cases closed] ),
        Table1[DimCalldisposition.Name] = "Abandoned"
    ),
    SUM ( Table1[Cases closed] )
)

How do I get the sum of [DimCalldisposition.Name]='Abandoned'?

Can you help me with this one?

We have a measure

Phone Response Rates = DIVIDE(CALCULATE(SUM(Consumer_Cube[Total Surveys])),CALCULATE(SUM(Consumer_Cube[Eligible])))

Eligible is a calculated column =

Eligible = If(Consumer_Cube[DimMSVoiceDisposition.Survey Disposition Filter]="No Filter",Consumer_Cube[Cases Closed - by First Closed Date],0)

We need another measure which is eligible % which should be sum of cases closed vs eligible

Mathematically calculated as sum of Eligible/sum of cases closed *100
