Hi all,
We use a chart we call the crocodile chart to visualise risk around our forecast. There are catagories (say AAA, BBB, through to EEE) which we roll up our upside and downside risks into. We rank the catagories impacts on the chart (so AAA might be top ranked downside, but DDD might be top ranked upside and so not aligned on chart - see example below).
I build it in Excel with some tricks (ranks, blank bars, line charts for labels) but want to move into PowerBI for automatic updating / filtering etc.
I have no idea! See below for a simple example data set and output chart. Appreciate any help or pointers to get it going.
Hi @NeilB79
I found similar looking visual. not sure how well it will aligned with your problem statement.
Thanks, unfortunately that doesnt deliver what I am after, its a rotated waterfall.
Hi @NeilB79
You can use 2 water fall chart to create similar look with some adjustment.
I hope I answered your question!
Hi @Uzi2019 - thanks - how would you suggest I stack waterfall charts together into a single chart? Not sure I can see a path towards getting something like what I am after.
