Help create visualisation with statements

Hi, I have created a chart in excel that shows the responses to 3 questions in a particulat format (see picture below).   I have tried to recreate this in powerbi but have had no success, I cant get the statements to show where it does in excel, could anyone help point me in the right direction to sort this.?

Do you want to use DAX to display the results?

Thanks for your responses, but unfortunatey I still couldnt figure it out, powerbi is possibly to advanced for my skillset so just going to go back to using excel.

@Anonymous , what is base data, You need to bar with Statement as Axis and Answer as legend
