Unpivot multiple Columns from Table in Power BI

Hey guys! 

 

So i have this type of Table structure to work with. 

I have unpivot to reach my goal but was not able to it correct in power bi.

Can someone tell me step by step how to do this in power query?

    Hi Jensej ,

     

    Please share some sample data here. You can upload excel file on dropbox and create a downlaodable link for same and then share the link here.

     

    Don't forget to remove any sensitive information from your data.
