Help Format Matrix or recreate in DAX Help

Hello PowerBi Community!

I have created this matrix here based off of our database. I would like to remove the Staff Count Column under Vacant however when I right click to uninclude it will remove the entire vacant column including FTE Count.  Is there a way to remove the just the Staff Count under Vacant? If not is there a way I can easily reconstruct this table using DAX? Thanks in advance for any advice!

Turn off word wrap (search for it in the format pane) and then "hide" the column by clicking and dragging the right border of the column left
