Help Creating Total Hours Between 2 Dates

I am building a report based off of furnace avaiability and down time. What I am trying to accomplish is creating a measurement with the total number of hours between the start date of the sliced information and the end date of the sliced information. Here is an example:

Column - Delay Minutes

Column - Start Time (can be selected from slicer)

Column - End Time (can be selected from slicer)

Furnace - (2 Furnaces to select from)

Each delay has a start and end time with total delay duration. The BI report is designed to show the total delays over the first selected occurence of a delay and the last selected occurence of a delay. I need to build a KPI card that shows the total number of actual calendar hours in between the 2 dates as the target (full availability) and the delays (loss of use). I need to know how to make a measurement that shows the following information

Example:

If the first delay is on March 1st for 1 hour and the last delay is on March 10th for 1 hour. I want to be able to calculate the total hours of the days from March 1st - March 10th (240 hours). Lets say there are 5 delays totaling 15 hours in that time frame, I want the KPI card to use the already existing total delay as compared to the total actual hours in the given date range. The output should show 240 (total hours) - 15 (delay hours) = 225 (actual available hours)

Please let me know if we need better explanation, I can't share the file itself as it does contain some sensitive data that I can't share. I apprecaite everyones help!
