I use slicer for select department.
But If I filter status Department . Department show only status is match.
I want to show department all not change.
Please guide me.

I agree with amitchandak. You can turn on the Edit interaction in Format tab, then select the Slicer and click None on 'department' visual to turn off the interaction with department', then the department' will not be filtered by 'status' from Slicer. Maybe you need turn off the interaction from the red section in your report to the 'department' as well.
The result looks like this:

1. I choose department from slicer (In left side)
2. choose slicer for filter status (in drobdown right side)
3. It filter status , If status = delete , So some department from slicer appear.
I want to show department all.
