Group date time data by date

Hi, I'd like to ask if I have datetime data, can I visualise the data by date on the fly without creating another date column?

For example, data looks like this, with timestamp:

           id timestamp data group
27001 27242 2020-01-01 09:07:21.277 19.5 1
27002 27243 2020-01-01 09:07:21.377 19.0 1
27581 27822 2020-01-02 07:53:05.173 19.5 1
27582 27823 2020-01-02 07:53:05.273 20.0 1
27647 27888 2020-01-02 10:01:46.380 20.5 1

Can I visualise "data" by date?

Hi, @Anonymous

Please correct me if I wrongly understand your question.

Without creating another date-table, or another time-table, or another date-column, and when you drag the timestamp column into the visualization, for instance like the below picture, it will automatically create date hierarchy Axis (Year -> Q -> M -> D), but not to the hour -> minute -> second level.

So, in my opinion, the answer is yes.
