Graph and filters

Good day, i have

data (values)

slicer (years)

slicer (categories)

table (countries)

visual graph ( which is show top 5 values in selected year by selected category)

But when you select the year (it is the X axis in the graph), it show only selected year. How i can do that to filter only values and countries, not X axis.
