Grand Total not summing values for custom measure - any insight appreciated

Good afternoon,

I have generated a matrix in Power BI and created a custom measure titled "Incremental Units at Target" that looks at sales for various stores and any store that is performing below our target average, I want to calculate the incremental units we would sell if the underperformign stores were improved to that target efficiency:

Here is the DAX for that Incremental Units at Target measure:

• So the measure is working how I want it to, looking at each store's Efficiency Ratio and if that ratio is below my target (1.16%) it calculates the additional units I would sell if that efficiency ratio were improved to 1.16%. 
• As seen in the screenshot, any store that is already at or above that Target Efficiency returns a 0 because there would be no incremental units gained, goal is already met
• My problem is the grand total for that column at the bottom, it shows 0 even though there are hundreds of rows with numbers in it

Would anyone happen to know why my grand total is showing 0 instead of summing the numeral values in the column?
