Exporting to excel still not working for me

I am new to Power Bi Reporting and i have tried to find documentation and help but i cannot get this thing to work.

I am an admin on power bi desktop. I have published a dataset to the server and created a report on this dataset.

I just need to export a table that i have on the report to CSV because this is what the team is after.

From the desktop version I have chosen the correct settings as per documentation :

PS: I tried both options to export data but no difference. 

After I chosen these settings, I published the dataset to server. 

Then i have a report that use this dataset.  And when i try to find where i can export as per documentation I cannot find the option anywhere. 

Can someone help me where I am doing wrong ? I am not sure if it is related to the version of powerbi or not. I am an admin and have the Power BI Pro version.  The version of the application is June 2022.

Appreciate to get any help cause this is frustrating.

I dont have that setting on the admin portal. Is it because we have Power BI Desktop hosted on local server and then we publish dashboards and datasets to Power BI Server?  Do we need to set some setting in Office 365 side.

Just trying to find where is this tenant setting that I cannot see.

@LG1 , Check with Power bi Tenant admin, seem like export has been stopped at the tenant level
