Google Analytics not pulling full dataset - 'Users'

I've been searching the forum for an existing answer but can't find one that matches the problem I'm having. We have 5 GA accounts linked to PowerBI. Each works well except one.

The account pictured below is only pulling 'users' data for the last 2 days (when I re-set up the connection trying to fix the issue). I thought it mustn't have connected properly, but then I saw other data was pulling through from before 2 days ago. So I'm confused, has anyone seen this before? 

As you can see from the below, data in each column, except Users. Which is the column I'm particularly after.

The YouTube video solved my problem. It looks like BI was trying to pull through too much date. So by putting a date-filter in place it pulled through the data I actually wanted to see.Thanks!
