Goals Scorecard Visual

I am using the scorecard for goals visual. The data source I'm using changes ever hour or so. Ideally I would like to measure every hour, but this isnlt an option currently. I am using the daily option. What I would like to know is what time is this option using? 12 midnight would be ideal.

@WG_ELHT , if should be after your data refresh is finished, based on that you should give time.
