OECD Data provides several ways for accessing the statistical resources as below. 

You can use OECD Data Explorer to search and view the desired outcome. On the result page, it provides the following tools above the data table. You can choose to download the data into Excel or CSV formats, then use Power BI to connect to these files. You can also explore to use the Developer API tool to query data from its APIs directly.
