Get Grand Total In Matrix while Expanded

Is there a way to have the grand total in a matrix visual show while the matrix is expanded to the lowest level? Below is an example of how my matrix is set up, but I want the grand total to show at the bottom. It shows when not expanded for just the grand total, but when expanded it disappears. I'd like it to show with the grand tota for the groupings as well

                                        Product Group1                   Product Group2             Product Group 3

  1. Customer
    1. YTD Sales
    2. YTD LY
    3. YTD %Chg
  2. Customer 2
    1. YTD Sales
    2. YTD LY
    3. YTD %Chg
  3. GRAND TOTAL
    1. Total YTD Sales
    2. Total YTD LY Sales
    3. Total YTD % Chg
