I am having an issue with the roll-up totals when "Category > Hierarchy layout" is enabled and there is a Visual Level Filter or Page Filter applied.
Unfiltered it rolls up correctly:
But once a filter is applied (in this case for values that are greater than zero), the rollup calculation is incorrect:
I am facing exactly the same issue...
Have you found some workaround or solutions?
Thank you for sharing!
Quentin
In my case it's even worse as my labels are persentage of completion, therefore i would like the upper category not to sum on it but to do the average:
result1
result1 Activity 1 progress 10%
result1 Activity 2 progress 20%
I would like progress of result1 to be 15%...
I sent a message to MAQSupport, let's see if they manage to help us
Hi Quentin,
Did you hear back from MAQSupport ? Did you resolve the issue ?
I have the same problem. In my case, the rollup is simply adding up the percentages rather then using the measure. The measure works fine in the matrix visual.
Hi @JTESE,
What measure formula you used on this visual? Can you please share some sample data for test?
BTW, if this formula works well on matrix subtotal, it should more related to visual itself. Please contact to visual author to report this issue.
