    Hi, Using this table like sample data:

     

     

    Accord to your post you want a calculated column with Distinct Count of Booking Ids in Each Email Address

     

     

    To obtain this you should use this DAX:

     

    DC-BookingIDperEMail =
CALCULATE (
    DISTINCTCOUNT ( Table1[BookingID] ),
    FILTER ( Table1, Table1[Email] = EARLIER ( Table1[Email] ) )
)

     

    Now if you just want to show in a visual, you can do it using this:

You may also use DAX below to create a calculated table.

Table =
SUMMARIZECOLUMNS (
    Table1[EmailAddress],
    "Count", DISTINCTCOUNT ( Table1[BookingID] )
)
