Formatting of table / matrix to resemble a form

Hi,

I have a main table in a report which is filtered by users but i'd also like an accompanying detail table which should resemble a form as per the attached screenshot.  Any advice would be gratefully received as to how to create the form.

didnt get your ask here, can you please elaborate more, do you mean do you need to design a report / visual which would replicate screenshot provided by you ?

HI @PaisleyPrince ,

I dont think you can create one table where you manipulate the data so that in left part it uses values in columns and then in second part it rotates it 90 degrees and fills it as rows. 

I would suggest you use multiple visuls for this.
