Formatting in Power BI

Hi,

I want to make color based formatting in power BI basaed on 2 cells.

I have bid submission date and Project value.

If IT estimates are not submitted within 1 week of the submission date turn the background of the cell red. How do I do this? How will power BI know it's within 1 week?

Below you will find the date. For example, if today is 7/25/18 and my submission date is 8/01/2018 and the estimate value has not been submitted and I'm within the 1 week time frame the Estime value cell should turn red.

    Hi Anonymous ,

Does 1 week mean 7 day or the same week?

I think you could calculate the difference between the two dates to check if that is within 1 week.

In addition, I'm a little confused about the data your shared. How do we know that if the estimate value has been submitted on 8/01/2018?

If you still need help, please share the data sample which could reproduce the scenario and your desired output so that we could help further on it.

    Best  Regards,

    Cherry

7 days. How do I calculate?

8/01 was just an example, but that's the thing how would we know if its been submitted under one week?
