Formatting Text Time

Hi everyone. I'm trying to convert a text column that houses TIME information and convert it to show hour, but all the functions I use don't seem to be working. I tried making a measure and columns, but nothing is working for me.

113803
113909
114011
114724
125018

Example: I want 125018 to show 12:00, 114724 would show 11:00. Can anyone help me with this?
