Hello, any ideas how i would show the following with dax. it would be Apri to current full month in fiscal year. so it would be April - Oct.

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
NewbieJonosorry for not explaining my self. i have volumes per month in the data. i would like the compare the fiscal year to date for precious years also.
so:
April 2022- Oct 2022 - Total Volume
April 2021- Oct 2021- Total Volume
April 2020 - Oct 2020 - Total Volume
etc
October would need to be current month - 1, for example in december the data above would show April - dec for current and prevuous years
