Format based on column values

Hi All,

PFA the screenshot of my matrix table. I wish to create a separate column highlighting those values for whom the value in "dispatch efficiency %" is below 50% as something (like a symbol or colour or others) , but not in the same column. How can I achieve this?

Hi @notintoexcel11 ,
Thanks for @Ashish_Mathur  and @VahidDM  reply.

Sample data:

Create a measure

Measure =
VAR a =
CALCULATE(
    MAX('Table'[Column2]),
    FILTER(
        'Table',
        'Table'[Column1] = "P2"
    )
)
RETURN
IF(
    a <> BLANK(),
    IF(
        a < 0.5,
        "Red",
        "Green"
    ),
    "Black"
)

Apply the measure to the font color

Final output

Hi @notintoexcel11

You need to create a Measure to check the "dispatch efficiency %" value and for example return 1 when it  is below 50% and 0 when it is more than that.

Then add that measure to the matrix as a new column.

Set the conditional formatting based on the value of the measure to add icon and set that condition to only shows icon not value.

Appreciate your Kudos!!

Hi,

Remove the "" from 50%.  Change 50% to 0.5
