Folded Matrix showing lower level value

I have a Matrix I am workig on. The data I am showing is for Human Resources. My clients basically want a hyerarchy that starts with a Region manager and goes down to the employees under the supervisors that work under this manager. So It would be something like:

-NameOfRegionManager

          -NameOfSupervisor1

                   -NameOfEmployee1

                   -NameOfEmployee2

Now, for the values, I select the Position they have. Since values require aggregations I select "First" as my aggregation method and it gives me the Position each one has. That works fine as long as the Matrix is expanded. However when I fold the hierarchy, for the Regional manager (top of the hierarchy), it shows as if his position is "Operator", which is the position of Employee1 (lower lever of the hierachy). So, my question, is there a way to hide that value when the hierachy is folded? As is, the information is showing is misleading.

According to your description, here are my steps you can follow as a solution.

(1) This is my test data. 

(2) We can create a measure. 

Position Measure = IF(ISINSCOPE('Table'[NameOfEmployee1]),MAX('Table'[Position]),BLANK())

(3) Then the result is as follows.
