Find if values are the same for specific groups

Hello all,

Beginner here in M so I need your help.

My objective is to determine that revisions of files with the same name are consistent. The name of the documents are not known so the list needs to be dinamyc. Also I might have 2 or 3 different types of files with the same name (before the extension). 

My data looks similar to this 

Document Number	Revision
ABCD.xls	V1
ABCD.doc	V1
ABCD.pwp	V1
BCDE.xls	V2
BCDE.doc	V1

The output should be TRUE for ABCD (all revisions are V1), but FALSE for BCDE (V1 is different for V2).

Any ideas on how to achieve this ?

Text.Contains([Document Number],"ABCD")

Result is as below.

Many thanks for the suggestion. My problem is that I do not know ABCD before hand so I cannot hardcode it in.

I need to make further clarification. The XLS, DOC, PWP extensions of the filename ABCD is expected to increase revision together. Imagine it is created from the same file and just exported to different formats. This is why I need to check to confirm if there is no user error at the next upload of documents where a user just forgot to change version.

I think I need somehow to split Document number by delimiter (.) and then group ABCD in a separate container (table ?). On each container then check if Revision has the same value. The problem with that is I might have 20+ separate unique containers. Not sure how to manage this
