Find conflicts in dataset

Hi, 

I have a dataset with
Employees in column A

Task in column B

Task Start Date in column C

Task End Date in column D

I want to create a calculated column that finds each employee who is assigned to two tasks at the same time. However, i'm struggling with forming a DAX calculation on this. Any help?

@CarlsBerg999 , In case you are fine with a calculated column. I created this overlapping file sometime back see if that can help
